CODE OF ACCEPTANCE

  • We are only responsible for items duly received for processing, article of extreme value must be declared at the reception.
  • Customers are urged to check their garment at the point of collection to ensure that the orders are complete as The laundry Box will not accept responsibility for any alleged shortages after the garment must have left our premises.
  • Any complaints must be returned within two weeks of collection, the tag displaying the order number plus the strip outlining the garments condition should also be returned. Any article found after the investigation to have been unsatisfactorily processed due to our own negligence, shall be reprocessed at no cost to the customer.
  • We pay fair compensation for loss or damage due to negligence on our part commensurate to that obtainable in the industry, will be pay if only the price of the article can be substantiated but will not be more than TEN TIMES the cost of the service of the items in question, such compensation will be accordance with fair claim guide as approved by the Textile Services Association Garment, UK or any relevant association in Nigeria.
  • Garment are packed in polythene bags to protect them from dust, storage for longer period of time can render items stores in such manner to be liable to fungal attack, so garment must be collected within one week.
  • Garments and other items left uncollected after 3 months will attract a storage charge of N1,500.00 a month per ticket and if it remain unclaimed thereafter after 3 months, we will not be responsible of them and will be donated to charitable causes.

CODE OF PRACTICE

  • To handle all clothes and other items accepted by us for processing with due care and proper attention.
  • Our price shall be displayed in all our premises.
  • In the event of complaints, such will be investigated promptly, any article found unsatisfactorily processed due to our negligence shall be reprocessed at no cost to the customer.
